The short version
Dudley Development, LLC operates Packed Yet?, a free packing-checklist app supported by ads. There are no accounts. Your trip names, dates, checklist items, completion state, and archived trips stay on your iPhone and are never sent to Dudley Development, Google, or another service.
What stays on your device
- Trip names and dates.
- Template and custom checklist items.
- Packed, archived, and completion state.
- App settings and the local Remove Ads entitlement state.
Packed Yet? stores this information locally. Deleting the app removes its local data. Sharing a checklist uses the standard iOS share sheet and sends only the content you choose through the destination you choose; Dudley Development does not receive a copy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version uses Google AdMob. Packed Yet? requestsnon-personalized ads, disables Google's publisher first-party identifier, and does not request Apple's tracking permission or access the advertising identifier. No ad request is made in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or when the app cannot determine the device's region.
Where ads are allowed, Google may process an IP address, device or app-scoped identifiers, coarse location inferred from the IP address, ad impressions and interactions, performance data, and diagnostic information to deliver, limit, measure, and protect ads. Packed Yet? never includes trip names, travel dates, or checklist items in an ad request. Dudley Development does not run a separate analytics or crash-reporting service in this app.

- Interstitial ads appear only at natural breaks, never during packing, and are limited by session, time, and daily caps.
- A one-time Remove Ads purchase removes both banner and interstitial ads.
Purchases
Apple processes the Remove Ads purchase. Dudley Development does not receive your payment-card information. The app asks Apple's StoreKit service whether the purchase is active so it can remove ads and restore the entitlement on devices using the same Apple Account.
Children
Packed Yet? is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It has no accounts, profiles, chat, or user-submitted public content.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated policy will appear at this URL with a new effective date before the changed practice ships.
