Dudley Development, LLC makes several separate apps, and they don't all collect the same things, so there isn't one policy that's accurate for all of them. Read the policy for the app you actually use — the table below is a quick summary, and each app's own page has the full detail. A few things are true everywhere: we never sell your personal data, we don't share data across our own apps to build a profile of you, none of our apps are directed at children, and any usage analytics we run ourselves is anonymous and disclosed on the app's page below. Some free apps show ads through Google AdMob, which is disclosed per app, including whether the ad requests are personalized and whether Apple's tracking permission is involved.

Pattern Gym waitlist (waitlist.dudleyapps.com)
Pattern Gym is a chart-reading practice app we have not released yet. Its waitlist atwaitlist.dudleyapps.com is a web page, separate from every app above, and this section is its whole policy. Dudley Development, LLC is the controller; contact us atsupport@dudleyapps.com.
- What we keep: the email address you type; a short source tag from the link you arrived by (for example
xwhen the link came from our X account); when you signed up and when you confirmed; and which version of the consent sentence you ticked. We do not keep your IP address, device or browser details, and the page sets no cookies of its own. - Why, and the legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given with the checkbox on the form. We use the address for exactly two emails: one to confirm it, and one when Pattern Gym is on the App Store. It is never added to a newsletter, used for another Dudley app, sold or shared for anyone's marketing.
- Spam check: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, filled it in. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser signals for that check. Our server passes your IP address to Turnstile for the check and does not store it.
- Who processes it for us: Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the page and its database (Workers and D1), runs Turnstile, and sends the two emails (Cloudflare Email Sending). Data may be processed in the United States; Cloudflare's data processing addendum, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, covers the transfer.
- How long we keep it:
- If you never confirm: deleted 7 days after the confirmation email.
- If you confirm: deleted 7 days after we send the launch email.
- If we decide not to release Pattern Gym: every address is deleted within 30 days of that decision, and we will not email you.
- In any case: deleted no later than 12 months after you signed up.
- If you click "Remove my email" in either email, the address is deleted straight away.
- Counts we keep: the number of confirmed signups per day and per source tag. These counts contain no email address and are kept after the addresses are deleted, so we can judge how much interest there was.
- Your rights: you can withdraw consent and delete your address at any time with the link in either email, or by writing to support@dudleyapps.com. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold or have it corrected. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can complain to your data protection authority.
- Age: the waitlist is not meant for anyone under 16.
What's true across every Dudley app
- Dudley Development, LLC is the developer of every app listed here. We are not a data broker and we do not sell personal data.
- None of our apps use your data from one Dudley app to target or personalize another.
- None of our apps are directed at children, and none knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 (VibeRater requires users to be at least 16).
- Where an app runs its own crash reporting or usage analytics, it is disclosed on that app's page, uses a random per-install or per-account identifier rather than your name or contact details, and is never used to serve ads.
