Last Human is coming soon and not yet available on the App Store. This policy describes the app as designed and will be finalized against the shipped build before launch.

The short version

Dudley Development, LLC is building Last Human as a free arcade game supported by ads, matching the privacy practice already shipped in our other apps. We don't plan to run accounts, analytics, or trackers of our own, and we won't see your personal information. Gameplay and high scores are designed to stay on your device.

What stays on your device

Your persistent high score.
Your app settings, including purchase/ads state.

This information is designed to be stored locally on your device. We do not plan to receive it. Deleting the app removes local app data from your device.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version is planned to show an interstitial ad between levels. Ads are expected to be served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network — the same provider used across our other apps. To serve ads, Google may collect a device identifier for advertising purposes; this is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other apps or websites. We do not receive, store, or link any of this to you.

The planned Remove Ads purchase ($0.99) would remove ads from the app.

Children

We do not plan to knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. There are no accounts, profiles, or in-app messaging planned for this app.

Changes

This policy will be updated to match the shipped app before Last Human launches, and any material change after that will be posted at this URL with an updated date above.
