Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the agreement (the "EULA") between you and Dudley Development, LLC ("we," "us") for the VibeRater app and its social features (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on VibeRater. You agree not to post, share, or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or that targets, demeans, or endangers any person, and not to harass, impersonate, or abuse other users. Accounts that violate this policy may be removed without notice. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them — typically within 24 hours — by removing content and, where warranted, ejecting the user who provided it.

Report and block

Report: every post has a Report action. Flagged content is reviewed for safety and moderation, and removed if it violates these Terms.
Block: you can block any user from their profile. Blocking hides their content from you and prevents them from contacting you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

For entertainment only

VibeRater is a novelty for fun. Its scores, grades, archetypes, auras, and other outputs are AI-generated entertainment — they are not a measurement of anything real about you, your appearance, your worth, or any person in a photo, and must not be relied on for any decision.

Your account

Some features (posting, friends, messages, events) use a profile that syncs to our service. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you choose to post, share, or save. Keep your device secure; access to your device may grant access to your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and content you create. To operate the social features, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content you choose to post or share, solely to provide and improve the App. Content you rate privately (without posting) is processed to generate your rating and is not published. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, and for any people depicted in it.

Prohibited conduct

Posting objectionable content as described above, or content you do not have the right to share.
Harassing, threatening, impersonating, doxxing, or abusing other users.
Uploading photos of other people without their consent, or content sexualizing minors (this is strictly forbidden and reported to authorities).
Spamming, scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or other accounts.

Suspension and termination

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms — including removing an abusive user — with or without notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App.

Advertising

The App may show ads served by Google AdMob. How your data is handled for ads, and your tracking choices, are described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or from content posted by other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

If these Terms change materially, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
