Monetary Policy: Independence Day · Last updated July 20, 2026

The short version

Dudley Development, LLC operates Monetary Policy: Independence Day, which is free to play and supported by ads. There are no accounts, profiles, or in-app messaging. The app stores game progress and preferences locally, uses Apple Game Center if you open leaderboards, and uses Google AdMob for ads. AdMob and related SDKs may collect device identifiers, ad/product interaction, crash, and performance data as described below, and iOS lets you say no to tracking.

What stays on your device

All of the above is stored locally on your device. We never see it. Uninstalling the app or tapping Reset all progress in Settings clears it.

Game Center

If you are signed into Apple's Game Center, the app submits leaderboard scores (total score, fastest tag, lifetime whacks) to Apple. Game Center data is handled directly by Apple under Apple's privacy policy — we do not receive or store any of it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows a full-screen ad between stages (roughly once every three wins). Ads are served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, product interaction, crash data, and performance data. Dudley does not sell this data or use it to create accounts or profiles.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. There are no accounts, profiles, or in-app messaging. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an advertising, Game Center, or platform surface connected to the app, contact us and we will help route the request.

Changes

If this policy ever changes materially, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
