Powell Prowl: Rate Chase · Last updated September 1, 2026

A planned update will rename this app to Monetary Policy: Independence Day. That update has not shipped yet — this policy covers the app currently live on the App Store, at the same URL and bundle ID the renamed version will keep.

The short version

Dudley Development, LLC operates Powell Prowl: Rate Chase, which is free to play and supported by ads. We don't run accounts, analytics, or trackers of our own, and we never see or store your personal information. Google AdMob may collect ad-related identifiers as described below — and you can say no to tracking with one tap.

What stays on your device

  • Your unlocked level number and best score (saved in iOS UserDefaults so you can pick up where you left off).
  • Your audio, haptics, and difficulty preferences.
  • A lifetime "whack" counter used by the Game Center leaderboard.

All of the above is stored locally on your device. We never see it. Uninstalling the app or tapping Reset all progress in Settings clears it.

Game Center

If you are signed into Apple's Game Center, the app submits leaderboard scores (total score, fastest tag, lifetime whacks) to Apple. Game Center data is handled directly by Apple under Apple's privacy policy — we do not receive or store any of it.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows a full-screen ad between stages (roughly once every three wins). Ads are served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, and coarse ad-interaction data. We do not receive, store, or link any of this to you.

  • Your choice: the first time an ad is about to appear, iOS asks whether to allow tracking. If you choose Ask App Not to Track, you still get ads — just non-personalized ones.
  • Change your mind anytime: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Powell Prowl: Rate Chase.
  • How Google uses this data is described in Google's advertising policy and Google's privacy policy.

Children

We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. There are no accounts, profiles, or in-app messaging, and the app is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes materially, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
